Need to return something? Please contact our Member Happiness Team within 14 days of delivery using our contact form.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item or items you’d like to return

• Your reason for returning them

• The product condition: unopened/unused, opened/used or lightly used

Our Member Happiness Team will then explain the next steps.

Because occasionally an excellent beauty product and an excellent person are simply not meant for one another.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact our Member Happiness Team immediately for assistance.

Important:

Please ensure all returns are authorised by our Member Happiness Team prior to sending back your items. Unauthorised returns may be shipped back to you at your own cost.

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts with unusual return activity, such as returning items that have been used or worn for a long time. In such cases, please contact our Member Happiness Team to discuss the issue.

We can only deal with returns for purchases made at beautypie.com. If you have purchased a product from another retailer, please contact them directly.

For kit purchases, all components must be returned for a refund - we cannot refund individual components.

If you have bought items with a promo code and returned one or some of these items, we will deduct a percentage of the promotion value from your refund.

If you originally paid with credit, we will provide any refund as credit.
